Hi! I just saw the new tiny toons thingy : )

i think they had a really cool concept going in general hogspital! I just had this lil thought of like: what if the toons who lack the special squash and stretch in their DNA are like laugh deficient so when people laugh at them it's making up for the giggles their own body can't produce. And the reason why the own patient heading to laugh to permanently cure it is because the essence of comedy is being able to laugh at yourself as well as others

EphemerWeek2024 | Day 1: Scene

I will never be over the fact they gave Player and Ephemer a moment to meet up like this. I have many scenes that I love for many reasons, but this is one that makes me smile a lot bc oh it was that sweet and happy moment even with all the chaos happening around Daybreak Town just about to break loose. Make the moment even more precious.

Didn’t really have anything I could draw properly with but I had to recreate the scenario I just underwent with my like 9 month old golden retriever (for reference, he takes up an entire two-seater couch).

My scaredy-cat, Mouse (aka Mjölnir, my boy), was at the window. It’s bedtime. He’s going to come in. But there’s the dog. He’s still iffy on the dog. It’s pretty much the dogs bedtime, so I gently call out to him to wake him up enough to go to bed. He lies there like death. I go over and nudge him. He puffs lazily. I sit him up. He flops over. I stand him up. He flops over again. I try one more time to no success.

Worried that my darling Mouse would get bored and leave, I resort to the last possible action I could take. I fucking haul Dog’s ass up into my arms. This guy is so large and heavy already and I’m so damn lucky I’m used to carrying heavy shit and and certified in manual handling because if I wasn’t I would have broke my back and died because Dog was too sleepy and Mouse was not interested in being near Dog, sleepy or not. I then take on the monumental task of carrying this lazy mf to his oh so favourite bed. He doesn’t even have the energy to crawl into it. He’s fast asleep the moment his head hits the duvet.

More Wilbur. I usually draw him with furrowed eyebrows for some reason, he always looks sad. I also tried drawing him as a little bird which didn’t work out. It’s funny because I’m originally a furry artist, just can’t draw birds.

This dodo bird is made in remembrance of my friend’s pet dodo that jumped in front of my axe when we were playing ark. Rip Torta..ANYWAY dodos built their nests on the ground due to no natural predators but European colonizers wiped them out both with bringing predators in and for some reason eating the dodos even though reportedly they were so greasy and rubbery it was almost inedible. Also dodos were very much not docile and their hooked beaks packed a punch lol
